1. Service Scope

EduNoetic provides tutoring coordination, tutor matching, and educational support services subject to availability and suitability.

2. Bookings and Payments

Session terms, pricing, and payment timing are confirmed during onboarding. Late cancellations may incur a fee where communicated in advance.

3. Tutor Matching

We aim to provide best-fit tutor matches. If a match is unsuitable, we will work with you to arrange an alternative where possible.

4. Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse platform communications, submit false information, or engage in abusive behavior with tutors or staff.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct losses and excludes indirect or consequential damages.
