1. Service Scope
EduNoetic Solutions provides tutoring coordination, tutor matching, and educational support services subject to availability and suitability. Our student-facing portal and workspace tools are delivered in partnership with Gradespace.
2. Bookings and Payments
Session terms, pricing, and payment timing are confirmed during the onboarding process. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee where communicated in advance.
3. Tutor Matching
We aim to provide the best-fit tutor for your needs. If a match is unsuitable, we will work with you to arrange an alternative at no additional cost.
4. Platform Access
Registered students and staff are granted access to our Gradespace-powered workspace portal. Account credentials are personal, non-transferable, and must not be shared. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse platform communications, submit false information, or engage in abusive behaviour with tutors, staff, or other platform users. Any breach may result in immediate suspension of access.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, resources, and content made available through the platform remain the intellectual property of EduNoetic Solutions or their respective creators. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct losses only. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our services or platform.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes where possible.
